洛克队长（Captain Rourke）是潜艇及探险队的一把手，他一开始看上去并不坏，甚至友善和慈祥。但在发现亚特兰提斯后，他的丑恶本性逐渐显露出来，不仅害死了了国王，带走了亚特兰提斯之心，还把搭档海嘉扔下了飞艇，他的行为最终引爆了火山…恶有恶报，终于被迈罗用水晶刺伤，变成了水晶人，并被飞艇的螺旋桨打成碎片。
